Working as a team allows for significant discussion to understand the crucial points on which you need to train, without wasting time.

A single professional cannot know all aspects of an athlete’s preparation and thus will not be able to lead you to win your race.

Our Method

If you have already followed a training program that has led to results, you should know that each season is different due to issues, injuries, or simply because you have reached a higher level. If you do not consistently modify your training based on the responses of your body, you will not be able to achieve the set goals.

For this reason, in our program, we will follow up with you every week through a group call where, along with other athletes of various levels, many of whom have international experience, you can learn the fundamental steps that lead to the results achieved by great champions. With this information, we will together shape your training to reach your goal.

Why It Works

It is often difficult to develop an effective training plan.

Past injuries, logistical limitations, limited time, and many other issues can make it challenging to organize a tailored workout that leads to tangible results.

You Will Never Be Alone

Loss of motivation is a significant barrier for many athletes.

Even though motivation must come from within, doing many similar workouts for a long time can be truly “lobotomizing”. To be clear, sometimes it is very important to follow a certain type of training for a specific period, and changes only serve to reduce the performance level achieved.

However, at other times, it can be very useful to make some variations to make the training more enjoyable but at the same time effective.


To do this, continuous feedback and weekly meetings with other athletes are the winning tools that will allow you to climb unexplored peaks of your physical preparation.

Constant contact with athletes of different levels will also bring you into contact with champions who have already overcome the difficult moments you might face at some times and can help you keep your motivation high.

Roberto Pusinelli

Roberto Pusinelli

Personal Trainer and Nutritionist.
Co-founder and co-owner of Undertraining Sagl.
Graduated in Sports Science, and Science and Techniques of Preventive and Adaptive Physical Activities.
Holds a university Master's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics.
Also an expert in weight loss and anti-aging.

I was an athlete on the National Rowing Team and have won more than 10 National Titles and international races.

I have received Bronze and Silver Medals for Athletic Valor (CONI).

Today, at 41 years old, I compete with athletes 20 years younger than me!

In 2021, I still finished 2nd at the Italian Championships and 4th at the European Championships.

In 2022, I was second and participated in the European Endurance Championships: 6km full throttle on the sea waves!

I don’t offer shortcuts, but I can show you the way to achieve your results.

Everything tested on my own skin!

I won’t lie to you, it will be tough, just like it was for me, but reaching your goal will be your greatest satisfaction.
